I think this Chef knows anything and everything about cooking and food. Alton Brown, his show Good Eats shows you all about food and the way to cook. Like today it could be about Rice, Eggs,or Chicken. He knows it all. So if you want to learn about what you eat, and how to cook or how it grows watch his show. He is also a host for Iron Chef America.
